Sturts Trail – Bird hide
Bird hide
This small hide which is worth a visit if you want somewhere to sit down and look over a small pond with water lilies (if you are there in mid-summer).
Pond overlooked by the hide
This is a relatively large linear claypit pond which abuts the garden to the Old School House. It has an irregular shape with 3 arms. The largest arm extends 10 metres into the field to the west and is connected to a dry ditch. There is a shorter broad arm at the far end.
